Shipping policy
This policy covers delivery of physical greeting card orders within the United Kingdom. Digital ecards are delivered electronically — see the section on ecards below.
Delivery options
We ship all physical orders via Royal Mail. The following options are available at checkout:

Delivery charges for Express and Tracked services are displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched within 1 working day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
The timeframes above are Royal Mail's stated aims, not guarantees, and count working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). While the vast majority of orders arrive on time, occasional postal delays do occur. If your card is for a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance rather than relying on an exact arrival day. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Christmas and around bank holidays.
Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Tracking
Tracked Delivery includes full Royal Mail tracking and photo proof of delivery. Standard and Express Delivery are not tracked services.
Ecards
Ecards are delivered digitally by email, SMS, or shareable link at the date and time you choose. Delivery times can be scheduled between 6:00am and 11:45pm UK time, in 15-minute intervals. No delivery charge applies to ecards.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@cardhero.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@cardhero.com within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund on review.
