Refund policy

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at hello@cardhero.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged card and your order number. We'll send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the damaged card.

Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes. Under UK distance selling rules, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the cards to us. To cancel, email us at hello@cardhero.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Cards must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the envelope.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned cards (or, for damaged items, once you've sent us a photo), we'll process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. If you chose Express or Tracked delivery, this will not be refunded unless the order itself was faulty.
